Where do I put my discount code during checkout?

If you have added something to your shopping cart, go to 'My Cart' prior to checking out -  This 'My Cart' button can be seen at the very top right of the website. Once on the 'My Cart' page -  scroll down and look left. If you do this prior to going through the checkout, all will be well. Should you have any difficulty, we are happy to assist. Either email or call the numbers above during normal business hours.

Can I buy a birth print in a different colour-way?

Yes, simply order the birthprint design and include a note in the form provided listing the colours you would like.

Can I buy something from you if I order it outside of Australia

Yes.

Do I need to join anything to buy from this web site?

No. You can purchase items simply as a guest.

Or, if you do create an account;
When you log in to your account, you will be able to do the following:
- Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
- Check the status of orders
- View past orders
- Make changes to your account information
- Change your password
- Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends!)

What happens if I use a hotmail address when I order a birth print

When a birth print is ordered, we send back an email with a jpeg attachment within about  1 or 2 working days. We have found through experience that hotmail accounts occasionally place our legitimate emails (ones with attachments) to you directly into your junk folder. So it is fine to use hotmail with us - but if you do, please look at your junk folder before thinking that we have not contacted you. Or use a different type of email to avoid any issues.

Troubleshooting

Problem: After clicking pay with paypal, it seems to jump back to the original order screen.

Solution 1.: JavaScript must be enabled to use this site. Please check and enable JavaScript in your browser and refresh the page.

How do I use the shipping calculator?

When you view items via the 'My Cart' page you will notice down the bottom of the page it says "Estimate shipping and Tax". Select country, state and enter your post code. Then click "get a quote" Then scroll down and look directly under the button that says "get a quote' to see the price for shipping. 

Do you offer a framing service?

Our stockists are provided with a framing service usually for prints 40 x 50cm, 50 x 70cm, 70 x 100cm and 100 x 120cm and 110 x 110cm. 

Direct to public, framing can be organised for the same sizes as listed above however collection from the studio is the best method. Should you wish to order a larger art print to be framed, please call 03 9008 4458 during normal business hours. Melbourne Australia.

Our smaller art prints are mostly standard frame sizes.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

The colour of prints is represented as close to real life as possible (please allow slight variations from monitor to print.). Every monitor displays colour differently.

What can I do if the artwork arrives damaged?

While a very rare occurance, don't hesitate to contact us within two days of receipt of order should you have any problems.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments and direct bank deposits. Credit card payments can be made via PayPal without the need to create a PayPal account. See details at the checkout.

Do you work on Custom Projects, Commissions or change existing colours in your work.

Custom projects are always welcome! If you would like a new piece of art created, or even an existing one in another color scheme, please contact us to discuss.

How long does shipping take?

When I buy art, can I reproduce the art again?

Artwork may not be reproduced. Artist reserves all rights including ©copyright.  Purchase does not transfer rights.
