Can I buy a birth print in a different colour-way?

Yes, simply order the birthprint design and include a note in the form provided listing the colours you would like.

Can I buy something from you if I order it outside of Australia

Yes.

Do I need to join anything to buy from this web site?

No. You can purchase items simply as a guest.

Or, if you do create an account;
When you log in to your account, you will be able to do the following:
Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
Check the status of orders
View past orders
Make changes to your account information

Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends!)

Troubleshooting: What do I do if I'm having some technical issues with trying to buy through your website?

Problem: After clicking pay with paypal, it seems to jump back to the original order screen.

Solution 1.: JavaScript must be enabled to use this site. Please check and enable JavaScript in your browser and refresh the page. Here is a link to show you how.

How do I use the shipping calculator?

When you enter the shopping cart you will notice down the bottom of the page it says "Estimate shipping and Tax". Select country, state and enter your post code. Then click "get a quote" Then look directly under the button that says "get a quote' to see the price for shipping.

Do you offer a framing service?

No, we do not offer this service ourselves. However, our art prints are all standerd frame sizes.
Frames are not included with our prints.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

The colour of prints is represented as close to real life as possible (please allow slight variations from monitor to print.)

I see the word Printspace in the middle of the art.

It only appears on our web site.

Does the art arrive safely when posted in the mail?

The art is packed with heavy board and a cardboard mailer and has travelled the globe with little if any problems. Contact us within two days of receipt of order should you have any problems.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Direct Deposit, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. Credit card payments can be made via PayPal without the need to create a PayPal account.

Do you work on Custom Projects or change existing colours in your work.

Custom projects are always welcome! If you would like a new piece of art created, or even an existing one in another color scheme, please contact us to discuss.
