Limited Edition Art Prints, City Prints, larger art prints (50x70cm+): These prints are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery
Framed Prints: Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery
For most domestic orders we use Australia Post. For larger parcels we use a courier service.
Flat rate shipping $20 (AUD). Times may vary due to location. Email email@example.com for an estimate on timing. For International orders we use Australia Post International Air Mail.
NB: International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.
Should you have a gift in mind and our timing does not work with the date you have organised to see your friend or loved one, don't hesitate to call or email. While we don't offer collections from our location we may be able to either post earlier or courier (at cost) the item. Feel free to contact us if you have a timing constraint and we will do the best we can to help out.
Please have your name and the last 4 digits of your order number ready.
Damaged items: All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping by the artists, but in the rare case that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours and a replacement can be arranged.
Change of mind: For non personalised items - please notify us within 48 hours of receipt then return the item at your own expense. We can organise a credit to the amount paid for the product excluding shipping once the item has been returned.
Personalised items: In the rare event we made an error with personalisation, we can replace the item at no additional charge. If you have provided us with incorrect information, we can replace the item and a small service charge may apply to cover time and materials.
Birth Print Proofs: We provide proofs as low resolution jpegs and as the final fail safe before a personalised print is made. Please note: if an error is within the final printed product, of course we will replace the proof and print at no additional charge.
Item purchased near sale event: In the event that a customer has purchased an item at proper price and then Printspace® reduces the price in a sale event - refunds are not provided.
