Refund policy

Please have your name and the last 4 digits of your order number ready.


Damaged items:Ā All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping by the artists, but in the rare case that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours and a replacement can be arranged.

Change of mind:Ā For non personalised items - please notify us within 48 hours of receipt then return the item at your own expense. We can organise a credit to the amount paid for the product excluding shipping once the item has been returned.

Personalised items:Ā In the rare event we made an error with personalisation, we can replace the item at no additional charge. If you have provided us with incorrect information, we can replace the item and a small service charge may apply to cover time and materials.

Birth Print Proofs:Ā We provide proofs as low resolution jpegs and as the final fail safe before a personalised print is made. Please note: if an error is within the final printed product, of course we will replace the proof and print at no additional charge.

Item purchased near sale event:Ā In the event that a customer has purchased an item at proper price and then PrintspaceĀ® reduces the price in a sale event - refunds are not provided.
